FREE shipping on orders over $99 - within the contiguous United States
FREE shipping on orders over $149 - to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories
We carefully select the most efficient shipping method for your order based on your location, package type, and delivery timeline—so your order arrives as quickly and reliably as possible.
For orders that don't qualify for free shipping, you’ll see the best available shipping options and rates at checkout from trusted carriers including USPS and UPS.
Estimated Delivery Times for Free Shipping:
- Contiguous U.S.: 1–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 4–8 business days
- U.S. territories: 7–14 business days
For customers who need faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Subscribe & Save Orders
- Your first Subscribe & Save shipment is FREE for shipments anywhere in the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories).
- Recurring Subscribe & Save shipments ship FREE on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States, and FREE on orders over $149 to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Recurring shipments below these thresholds will see standard shipping rates at the time of each shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday:
- Expedited shipping orders (1-day or 2-day shipping options) must be placed by 12pm Pacific Time in order to ship the same day.
- All other orders placed by 2pm Pacific Time typically ship the same day.
All processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on location, distance, weather, carrier delays, and other external factors.
We want you to receive your order quickly and efficiently, and we continuously optimize our shipping methods to ensure the best balance of speed, reliability, and value.
Pick Up at Whole Family Wellness
For people living near Dr. Song’s office in Belmont, CA, you have the option to pick your order up at our office. Most orders are available in one hour during our regular business hours (10am – 6pm, Monday through Friday). Select the Pickup option at checkout.
Heat-Sensitive Item Packaging and Shipment
All heat-sensitive items are shipped with a temperature-control pack and thermal packaging. In most cases, the temperature-control pack will melt and the items will be warm on receipt of your package. This is expected and is not a problem as short-term exposure to higher temperatures is not a cause for concern. Once you receive your package, we recommend refrigerating all heat-sensitive items.
Track Your Package
You will receive an email as soon as we ship your package with delivery details and tracking numbers. You can also track your package through the Shop app, which can be accessed from your order confirmation email.
Back-Ordered Products
If your order has products that are back-ordered, we will ship the other products in your order first. We will then ship back-ordered products when they are back in stock with no additional shipping charge. At our discretion, we may refund the cost of back-ordered products if they become unavailable for an extended period of time or infeasible to ship.
We Only Ship to the United States
At the moment we are only able to ship to U.S. addresses. We are looking into expanding our service areas in the future.
